Avocado Oil (Persia americana) extracted from the Avocado pears, first discovered in South American swamps. Due to the inevitable presence of alligators, the fruits became nicknamed Alligator pears.
Avocado Crude oil is produced mechanical pressing of the flesh of Avocado fruit. The texture of Avocado oil is viscous, thick and light green, in a direct contrast to ‘true cold pressed dark green’ avocado oil.
