I was myself recommended to Ascent via a friend and have been very grateful for their treatment of my bad back from Penny and Brogan and also further referral for adjustment.
Penny is a 'wizz' kid with the Aromatherapy oils. We have massages every few weeks, which I need as my body gets very congested. She always makes me feel 100%better, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Her expertise and experience is far in excess of anybody else we have been too. Thoroughly recommend Penny and her knowledge.
I had a knee replacement operation, Had to use a trike to get outside, after treatment with the Thor laser machine, I have been able to walk unaided around outside.
Laser treatment and massage yesterday left my neck feeling more comfortable than it has in weeks. Many thanks, Penny.

Really can not recommend Penny Howell at Ascent Therapies enough! In just three sessions I’ve gone from unable to fully move my neck and suffering with severe upper back pain to having no pain at all and full movement in my neck and shoulders. Her combination of massage (both deep tissue and aromatherapy massage), laser light treatment and reiki have worked wonders! It also helps that’s she’s a truly lovely person who not only helps your body also helps your mind! So thankful for what she’s done...and now looking forward to my first ever facial with her next week!
